Larry Harrell, a licensed Private Investigator in North Carolina and former Senior Special Agent, U.S. Customs Service (now Immigration and Customs Enforcement), with 30 years of Federal law enforcement investigative experience, offers case review, analysis and assessment of alleged United States Customs criminal and civil cases.
As a U.S. Customs Senior Special Agent, Larry headed the Customs Fraud Investigations Unit, Charlotte, North Carolina for 12 years. SSA Harrell personally conducted or supervised and referred for adjudication over 100 Customs Fraud investigations, ranging from criminal violations of Customs laws in Title 18, 22 and 50 United States Code, civil penalty violations of Title 19USC and Customs cases involving Other Government Agency (OGA) regulations enforced by Customs.
Larry has a wide range of investigative experience from Confidential Source management, search warrant execution, undercover fraud investigations, import or export documents review and actual case preparation. Larry is also experienced in Quota and Visa issues and prior disclosure procedures as related to Customs Fraud.
